Frequently asked questions
Is the U1 the same screen as the U1 S PRO?
Yes. U1 S PRO is another name for the XIJING U1.
Will the U1 work with my projector?
The screen is designed for ultra short throw projectors. Check the image size and placement requirements for your specific projector model before choosing a screen size.
Does the screen need to hang from the ceiling?
No. The screen rises from a motorized housing positioned below the viewing area and retracts into the housing after use.
How much room do I need for the 100-inch model?
The 100-inch viewing area measures 2,214 × 1,245 mm. Allow for an overall case length of 2,431 mm including the plug and cable, and a raised height of 1,635 mm. Check projector clearance separately.
Does choosing a white housing change the image size?
No. The black and white versions of a given size have the same specified viewing dimensions. The color choice refers to the housing.
How can I check whether the package will fit through my doorway?
Use the package dimensions for your chosen size and check the whole delivery route, including turns and elevators. For example, the 120-inch screen ships in a 2,970 × 240 × 210 mm package with a gross weight of 33 kg.
